FeaturesDisplay Ticket:To access the Display Ticket option all the user needs to do is click on the Display Ticket on the menu bar.All you need is a Ticket Id which is completed. Enter the Ticket id in the textbox and click on the submit button.
1.) Department Name: The name of the Department which had the query will be displayed. 2.) Handler Name: The person who answered the query his name will be displayed. 4.) Sent on: The date and the time when the query was posted will be displayed. 5.) Classification: It can be either Urgent or Normal. Either Normal or Urgent will be displayed. 6.) Equipment (Reference): This option is optional. If the user left it blank, it will display as n/a and if the user enetered the equipment details, those will be displayed. 7.) Status : Status can be either Solved or Unresolvable depending on the type of query user had. 8.) Reply made on : This will display the information about the day and the time when the reply was posted against the query.
