Features

Report:

To access the Report option all the user needs to do is click on the Report on the menu bar. Once you are in the Reports option, you can get reports on the following:
  • Against Calls
    1. Get call details transacted during the period ...
    2. Get call successful details transacted during the period ...
    3. Get Un-Resolvable calls during the period ...
  • Accounts
    1. Get total calls during the period ...
    2. Get total Revenue during the period ...
    3. Get longest Calls during the period ...
    4. Top performing technicians based on revenue during the period ...
    5. View generated(saved) invoices...
For generating reports all user needs to do is enter From Date and To Date in the (mm/dd/yyyy) format and then click on the Generate Report button.
