Register if you are still not the member by clicking on the New User Button:

In the previous screenshot we noticed that every user has 3 options, when he is on the first screen.

When the user clicks on the New User button which is the 2nd option shown in the previous screen he will be asked to enter the following information:

1.) Your Name: User needs to enter his name in the text box provided next to this option.
2.) Preffered Login Name: User can enter anything what he prefers unless company has some policies set in regards to Preferred Login Name. You can enter the Preffered Login name in the text box provided next to this option.
3.) Password: User can enter his password in the text box provided next to this option.
4.) Your Contact No.: User can enter his Contact No. in the text box provided next to this option.
5.) Your E-Mail: User can enter his E-Mail in the text box provided next to this option.

Now all you need to do is click on the Proceed button to go on to the next step of Registration.

 


When you click on the Proceed button you will get a message Confirming your data. Make sure all the data you entered is correct and then click on the Register button to Register.

 


When you click on the Register button you will get a message Successfully registered. This will only happen when the Preffered Login Name you entered is unique and if it is not, then the system will ask you to enter another preffered login name.

 

 


When you click on the Log - In button you will get a message Successfully Logged - In. Now you are all set to work on the various features which Help Desk Revolutions provides. Before we move on to various features, we will go through an option to retrieve password.
