FeaturesKB - Knowledge Base:To access the Knowledge Base all the user needs to do is click on the KB on the menu bar.The knowledge base is nothing but a database which contains information. Knowledge Base provides several options which you can use to search the specific information you are looking for. Searches will return data that contain all the words you enter in the search box. Searching tips: Use more than one word, Use only important words Good examples: configure ppp windows xp microsoft exchange forward e-mail locate e-mail address Bad examples: e-mail (too general; will return hundreds of documents) how do I locate my cousin's e-mail address at Cornell? (too specific; too many words) analysis of social change (not related to computing or Indiana University) The user needs to input the following information in order to retrieve the information from the system: 1.) From Date: In the textbox provided next to From Date, enter the date in the (mm/dd/yyyy) format. 2.) To Date: In the textbox provided next to To Date, enter the date in the (mm/dd/yyyy) format. 3.) Enter your keyword here to search: In the textbox provided next, user can any keyword, if the system finds any relevant information related to the keyword entered it will be retrieved .
