FeaturesPlace Query:To access the Place Query option all the user needs to do is click on the Place Query on the menu bar.The information under this option is categorised in to the following headings. 1.) Subject: The subject will describe the problem. User can enter anything in his own words. 2.) Classification: There are two types in classification - 1. Urgent, 2. Normal. Urgent class queries will be given higher priority than Normal class queries. 3.) Category: User can only select categories which are mentioned in the drop down list box. Any one category can be selected at a given time. 4.) Equipments (Reference): User can select any one euqipment name from the drop down box. 5.) Query: The details can be mentioned in the text box area provided next to Query. 6.) Hold ctrl and click for multi-select: Using this option user can select more than one category.
